Grand Lake Lodge
We have a block of cabins and rooms available through Grand Lake Lodge. They don't have a specific link for our party to book, so please call our Grand Lake Lodge Coordinator, Amanda Johnson, at (949)-299-1874 or via email at AJohnson@highwaywest.com. She is available by phone Monday through Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:30am - 4:30pm PST to reserve a cabin using our Bowers-Murphy Wedding code. When the room block cabins are booked up, please reach out to Jackie or Emily about booking additional cabins (if available) to get the room block discount. Flight
Denver International Airport
There are two routes to get to Grand Lake Lodge from Denver: either I-70 to Berthoud Pass and through Fraser, or through Rocky Mountain National Park which is just adjacent to our venue. The national park route will add on about an hour and you can expect the drive from Denver to be 2-3 hours depending on your selected route. Transportation Options
Ubers and Lyfts are not available typically in this area, so we highly suggest guests to stay at Grand Lake Lodge, or have transportation prepared to and from the reception to your lodging! We want our guests to be as safe as possible. Transportation Options: Rental Car Shuttle -There are several shuttle companies that can be booked to and from Denver International Airport to Grand Lake. Please let us know if you need assistance with this, or if you have a group you would like to figure out a shuttle with, and we can help coordinate.
