We can't wait to celebrate!

Dan and Jackie met through the amazing, Alex Smith! We both moved to Connecticut about a month apart and did not know too many people at the time. Alex was always introducing Jackie to new friends, and she texted Jackie that "a guy named Dan moved to Stamford and you should meet him." She sent over his number, so of course Jackie texted Dan right away - with no response! But that was because he decided to call her that Monday night. She picked up the phone to a "315" area code number, and they talked for 45 minutes. Jackie still remembers how Dan sounded so kind, and they effortlessly chatted. Dan was of course pacing around his apartment. :) During their first call, Dan asked Jackie if she like Fall Activities (and who doesn't!?), and invited her to a pumpkin patch farm in Connecticut: Silverman's Farm. Without ever meeting in person, Dan picked up Jackie at her apartment at 4:30pm on Wednesday, October 21st. Jackie brought down L'Croix cherry lime soda water for Dan and herself to sip and they made their way to the farm. The rest is history! They picked apples, Dan snagged a picture of the two of them together, and then they continued their afternoon date to a dinner at Harlan Social in Stamford, CT. After pumpkin carving with Sarah and Andrew, they knew something special was happening. Now, two-and-a-half years later, a move to DC, and two new jobs - they're getting married! ------ We can't wait to celebrate with our most loved friends and family. We love you all so much!!!
