If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We have a firm capacity in the ballroom and want to make sure all our favorite people fit comfortably and have enough space to let loose on the dance floor!
There is parking at the Cathedral - and handicap parking is available as well. Check the "Order of Events" page for more details. At Hotel Providence, street parking is limited. For event only guests, valet is complimentary, so please drive right up!
No - but you're in luck! It's only a 1/2 mile away. Those looking for some fresh air and exercise can take a short less than 10 minute stroll over (we tested it our and it took us 7!). Otherwise, there is parking available at the Cathedral and it's only a 5 minute drive (though plan for some traffic and don't be late!)
There will be abut an hour between the ceremony and cocktail hour so we can get our photos done, take some newlywed time, and get bustled up for the party! If you don't need to check into your hotel, and you find a free moment or two, check out our "Things to Do" section where we've shared some spots close by for a quick drink, coffee, snack, or stroll! Please know cocktail hour starts promptly at 6PM, so no need to linger in the lobby - it's open bar all night and plenty of time to enjoy food and friends!

As well: - Mrs. Doubtfire the Musical is playing at the Providence Performing Arts Center - The Jack-o'-lantern Spectacular is ongoing at the Roger Williams Zoo - The Providence Bruins take on the Hershey Bears on Saturday night at the Amica Mutual Pavillion - On Saturday from 12-5 visit the Rhode Island Heritage Festival at the Waterfire Arts Center Providence is a fun city with lots of comedy clubs, cocktail bars, breweries, clubs, and more! There really is something for everyone.
