We’re getting married!

We met like all single people in 2020 - the internet! After matching on a dating app, we had our first date at Trillium in Fenway. While we might disagree on what caused Jack to spill his beer 5 minutes into the date, it didn't stop us from talking for over 4 hours. Dates 2 and 3 were both longer than the ones before, which built a great foundation for the world the close due to the pandemic. We made it work - continuing to date, moving Colleen into her new home, and weathering the ups and downs of Covid! It took a lot longer to meet each others friends and families, but if a relationship can survive a pandemic, we're sure it can survive anything.

We went back to the scene of the crime! Jack proposed to Colleen at Trillium in the Fenway after a birthday dinner with bridesmaid/cousin/secret keeper Katy and her boyfriend Matt. The bar and beer garden cheered when Jack got down on one knee and Colleen said yes!

Is it October yet? When we thought about how we wanted to celebrate our marriage, we knew we wanted a super fun party, with close friends and family, and lots of good food. We love the intimate feel of Hotel Providence, and the city of Providence as a whole. We can't wait for everyone to celebrate with us and dance the night away.
