Hotel
We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn in Charles Town, WV for Friday and Saturday nights. Please use the code "WKW" to receive a discounted price. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Breaux Vineyards. We will have a shuttle to and from the venue for guests. Please note the cut off date for securing a room in the block is April 9th.

Shuttle
May 7, 2022 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 5:00 PM and depart for the venue promptly at 5:15 PM. There will also be a shuttle taking guests back to the hotel once the reception ends, at 11:00 PM. Please let us know when you RSVP if you are planning to utilize the shuttles, so we can get an accurate headcount.
Flight
There are several airports in the Washington D.C. area, but Dulles airport is the closest to the venue/hotel.
