What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Click on the "RSVP" tab and search your name from there! If you have any issues reach out to Hunter or Jade!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

No later than September 10th, 2024 please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm so 3:45 pm at the earliest! There are complimentary shuttles that will run 45 minutes before ceremony and drive you directly to the lodge where the ceremony is held. We recommend you arrive no later than 4:15 pm in order to leave time for the shuttle drive and finding a seat!

Is the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely!

Where do I park?

Answer

When you arrive you will follow the signs to park. From there a shuttle will drive you up to the ceremony/reception site!

How will I get back to my car?

Answer

The shuttle will provide transportation back to your car following after bride and groom sendoff! The walk isn't too far if you would prefer that as well!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The ACL (Austin City Limits) festival is going on during this time so please allow for an increase in traffic and less hotel/airbnb availability.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check the "Where to Stay" tab on the site, I have listed a bunch of hotels in the area that are all around 15 minutes from the venue!

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction can I make a special request?

Answer

We have hired an amazing mobile brick oven pizza catering team!! There will be some regular & gluten free pizza's, with side salads, hors d'oeuvres, and of course dessert. I hope you all will be able to compile a meal that will make you happy. If you have specific concerns please don't hesitate to text/call Hunter (430.295.0444) or Jade (469.338.8549) and we will do our absolute best to confer with our caterer to accommodate your allergy/concern.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is estimated the high will be 81 degrees and the low 71 degrees! The ceremony will be held outside with lots of shade from the tree's, reception will be held under a white tent (fans and heaters available if needed). It should be sunny but we recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual & Semi formal attire! By no means do you have to wear these options, just throwing some ideas out there! For the ladies: a summer, midi, or cocktail dress. For the gentlemen: dress pants with a button down / polo shirt, or suit and tie.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception other than those in the wedding party.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you put away your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may take pictures of whatever you wish!

What do I do if something changes and can/can't make it after I have already RSVP'd?

Answer

Our final headcount is due 1 month before, please be aware if it is after September 10th, 2024 we may not be able to accommodate. Of course we understand things happen and will do our absolute best to make sure you are there on our special day!
