Hunter and I actually went to high school together, graduated in the same class, and even had the exact same friend groups. We always "knew of" each other but never got to know each other. We met during the summer of covid, I thought hunter was really attractive so I tried to grab his attention by liking all of his photos on instagram.. mind you he only had 4 photos lol! It took me a couple tries liking and unliking his photos and he finally messaged me!!! Despite the challenge of covid lockdown and living an hour away nothing ever kept us apart. We would stay up until all hours of the night talking, finding out we had way more in common than we thought. We spent most of our time meeting at local parks to walk my dogs and playing cornhole. After months and months we finally had our first date at fuzzy's and the rest was history!!! <3

Every year for our anniversary we get professional photos done. Hunter woke up Monday morning (7.31.23) and had a spirratic thought to propose that Thursday (8.3.23) of our shoot. He went up to the jewelry store and told them he needed a ring by thursday... talk about making someone break a sweat lol. He contacted our photographer, all of our friends & family, and set up a surprise party following after the photoshoot to celebrate. I am a very hard person to surprise... and I didn't have one hint or clue all day. At the end of the photoshoot our photographer cued hunter for the proposal, it was such a surprise and the easiest yes ever!!!! <3
