Please consider our venue your home base for our wedding weekend. Check-In: Friday, September 6, 2024 | Check-Out: Sunday, September 8, 2024 *Sands Hotel & Spa is also honoring our discounted wedding rate for Thursday, September 5th. One night's room and tax is due at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. The $42 resort fee includes: Morning Coffee Station, Wifi, Self, Valet & Overnight Parking. Guests will have full access to the pool, hot tub, daybeds and cabanas during their stay. PALM SPRINGS AIRPORT (PSP)
We recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), as it is the closest airport to our venue — a 30 minute drive to be exact. For convenience, you may consider renting a car at the airport to have for the weekend. Uber/Lyft are also an option.

Depending on your departure city, a more affordable option could be flying into one of the airports below. Please note, you will need to rent a car to drive into Palm Springs. Ontario International Airport (ONT) Located in San Bernardino County, California, the drive time is a little over an hour (depending on traffic) to Palm Springs. John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA) Located in Santa Ana, California and is approximately 2 hours (depending on traffic) to Palm Springs. Los Angeles (LAX) LAX offers the most domestic flight options. It is approximately 2.5 hours (depending on traffic) to Palm Springs.
