Are kids invited to the wedding?

While we adore your littles, our wedding is an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Due to space limitations at our venue, we cannot accommodate +1’s for every guest, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Please ensure that you RSVP for yourself and your guest.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire and color is encouraged, it's Palm Springs after all! Cocktail dresses, dressier jumpsuits, slacks, blazer. Tie optional.

Where should I stay?

Please consider our venue Sands Hotel & Spa your weekend destination. We have secured a reduced room rate for our guests to stay on site.

When should I arrive to the desert?
Answer
Please plan to arrive no later than Friday, September 6, 2024. We hope that you will come and make a weekend out of it, and maybe even extend a couple of days before or after to get the full experience and time in the sunshine!

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes! During the ceremony we respectfully request that you refrain from taking any pictures and have your cell phone turned off. We want you to feel truly present and in the moment with us. We’ve hired an amazing professional wedding photographer who will be capturing our special day. So let’s leave it to the professional, please.

How long does it take to get to the venue?

If you are not staying on-site and are coming from Palm Springs, please anticipate a 30 minute drive to our wedding venue in Indian Wells. Please use Apple or Google Maps to plan the best route factoring in traffic or schedule your Uber/Lyft ride in advance.

I'm driving to the venue, where can I park?
Answer
Sands Hotel & Spa offers valet parking for our wedding.
Question
What should I do if I start to feel sick or have been exposed to COVID?
Answer
If you are sick or have tested positive for COVID, please refrain from coming to our wedding. We have immune compromised individuals in attendance and don't want any loved ones getting sick.

What’s the best way to get around?
Answer
Uber and Lyft are available. Should you wish to rent a car, rentals are available at the Palm Springs airport (PSP).

What is the weather forecast?

Our wedding day will be in the low 100s. Although the desert offers low humidity and a dry heat, please plan your outfit accordingly and stay hydrated! Water, fans, A/C (inside The Pink Cabana) will be provided.
