Tori and Sam met each other back in 2010 through a former friend. When they first met, they knew they would be life long friends after singing out the car window “Dynamite” by Taio Cruz. Tori is one of the adventure and food buddies Sam has. She has become like a sister that Sam never had. She is the brunette to Sam’s blonde friend, the salt to her pepper, the ying to her yang. Tori is Sam’s “Boo Boo Bear” as she calls her. Sam looks up to Tori and is so blessed she is in our wedding.

You’ll hear Sam call Hannah “Banana.” Hannah is like Sam’s little cousin/sister, but she’s not blood related. Hannah and Sam’s moms have been the best of friends since high school. Hannah has been Sam’s adventure buddy since Hannah was 5 years old. They have their love for the Chicago Cubs and most of the Chicago teams. Sam is so proud of the woman Hannah is becoming and is blessed to have her in our wedding.

Avie and Ray would get tired of each other from time to time when they were kids. They both agreed that they wanted a baby sister that would ease the tension, Instead they got Phillip; their little big brother. They realized it was way better! The boys grew up together teasing and rough housing each other. From traveling to Puerto Rico as a sibling to groomsmen in a wedding. Avie is excited to have Phillip as one of the groomsmen.

Ben and Sam met back in 2015 because of Ben’s graduate program at Cal Poly SLO. His program required him and his classmate to help a family out with special needs children and their family members. Sam and Ben first hung out when Sam couldn’t find anyone to go with her to a Scotty McGreery concert. Ever since then, they have became close because of their love for country music and watching sports (mainly football). Ben and Sam are like brother and sister. Sam is so happy Ben is a part of our wedding.

You may hear myself or others say Kelso. Well that’s what we call Alex; especially because my brother’s name is Alex. Kelso and Sam also knew of each other in high school and had an ASL (American Sign Language) class, but didn’t become close until we had a Family Studies class at Cuesta College. From there on out, Kelso and Sam grew in their friendship and for their love if Disney. Sam is excited to have Kelso be a part of our wedding!

Miles is one of Avellino's long time childhood friends. They shared many memories together growing up, such as playing pickle in Mile's old home in Paso to multiple sleepovers. They have been friends since the 3rd grade. However, Miles moved to Texas during the summer of the 6th grade. Avellino was very heart broken when he left. Fast forward to 2015, Miles got in contact with Avie to meet up in San Luis Obispo. Nervous as heck, Avie and Miles got together for dinner. Their friendship pick up where they left off at 11 years ago. They meet up every few years to catch up on each others life. Avellino is very excited to have Miles here for this special day.

Meagan and Sam knew of each other in high school, but didn’t become close until we both were at Cuesta College. Meagan was there for Sam through her toughest year. Meagan is Sam’s wine, beer and country buddy. Sam is so blessed Meagan gets to be a part of our wedding!

Because of this and many other reasons, Sam wanted Alysia to be a part of our special day.
