FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicole Rosenthal and Isabelle Rose
If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at rosewedding12123@gmail.com. We will get back to you as quickly as we are able.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP NO LATER THAN October 21st, 2023 (10/21/23). We need a final headcount at that point, and if we do not hear from you, we will be reaching out to you directly.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through this website! If you run into any difficulty, please feel free to reach out to rosewedding12123@gmail.com to let us know that you are having trouble and to convey your plans.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The official start time for the ceremony is 5:30pm. We would prefer that guests arrive a little early (20-30mins) to allow time for parking, transporting to the venue, and being escorted to the ceremony room. Should you arrive after the ceremony start time, you are still welcome to join us, but please do not interrupt the procession to find a seat; please wait until everyone is in place first, and then find a seat as quietly as possible.

Question

Is parking available on-site?

Answer

No. Parking will be away from the actual venue in the large parking lot at 14 Market St, across from the Paterson Museum. Please, DO NOT park in the small lot at the Art Factory. Trolley service, manned by off-duty police officers and firemen, will be available throughout the evening to safely transport you from your vehicle to the venue.

Question

Will the event be indoors?

Answer

Yes! The Art Factory is primarily an indoor venue. However, the room we will be in also has an outdoor deck and courtyard area! So if you need to step outside at all, you are more than welcome to take a breather and enjoy some fresh air!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome at this wedding, IF they were included on the invitation you received. If you are looking to include your children in the experience, please include them in your count for your RSVP, and please let us know if you will need any children's plates for dinner (chicken tenders and fries). If we are not alerted to the need for the children's plates, they will have to pick an item from the adult menu. Please also note that children are welcome, but we are not providing any childcare services at the event, and there will be alcohol available. So please make sure to keep an eye on your little ones, to make sure they are safe and that their needs are met appropriately.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a range of options available, including beer, hard cider, mead, and fruit wines. We will also have a couple signature cocktails available, both named after our cats! We hope you enjoy them!

Question

Can I take pictures to post to social media during the event?

Answer

We ask that you please put your phones away/on silent during the ceremony. This time is very special to us, and while we understand that you may want to share the experience with others, we would like our guests to be fully present and engaged. We do have a photographer, so don't worry! We will have plenty of photos of the big day! You are absolutely welcome to use your phones during the social hour and reception! We would love to see posts of you having a great time!

Question

I can't attend the wedding in person, will there be a virtual celebration?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, this event will be in-person only.

Question

What health and safety measure will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We will be providing masks that are not mandatory, but will be available upon entry for any who may want them. Those who are not vaccinated are still welcome, but we would appreciate it if you would test before coming to the event, even if you do not have symptoms. We will have a lot of people in a confined indoor space, and we care about the health and well-being of all our loved ones. Please keep others in mind and let us know if you are unable to attend last-minute due to illness.

Question

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

If for some reason we need to postpone the event, you will be notified by mail as soon as possible. Please alert us to the new address if you move sometime between receiving your invite and the date of the wedding, so we will know where to send any updates.
