A lovely friend exchanged their numbers after meeting Isabelle in a den of sin known as Reddit, and Nicole proceeded to regale her with the most inappropriate memes she could find. Memes being one of Isabelle's primary love languages meant an instant connection, and it wasn't long before the two of them decided to go on a double date in the city. Much to their aforementioned friend's despair, Nicole found Isabelle's big personality to be (surprisingly) endearing, and Isabelle was quite taken with Nicole's gift (bribe) of raspberry tarts. What should have been a simple date turned into a nearly 12-hour-long talk session, huddled together and laughing for ages on the floor next to a Dave & Busters bathroom. They knew what they wanted in life; they shared the same hopes and dreams. And a beautiful, terrible, but lazy power couple was born. Through all the ups and downs of life, Nicole and Isabelle have held together and built something amazing. When it came time to propose, Isabelle knew that Nicole didn't want something flashy or fancy. And Nicole was WAY too excited to actually handle putting the long proposal she'd planned into action. Their proposals to each other, instead, were quiet, sweet, and intimate, each whispered in the other's arms. What began with some truly unholy memes took the next step with gentle romance.
