Where to stay

Medellin is the second largest city in Colombia, so there are endless places of where to stay. However, like any city in the world, there are certain areas that we recommend avoiding, and certain areas that have the most walkable areas for restaurants, bars, and sight-seeing. Most people when visiting Medellin stay in an area called "El Poblado." It is the "fancy" part of Medellin, and here is where you can find the city's best restaurants and bars.
