Maid of Honor
Molly and Claire met in 1997 at Claire's house on Yokota Air Base, Japan. They had an instant connection- so much so that Molly followed Claire for the next 16 years of her life, however this sadly ended when Claire went to college (Ian became a good place holder). Also pictured is Molly's dog, Mabel (right). She is not part of the wedding party, but is a good girl.
Best Man
Ian and Kevin have known each other since their sandbox days at Gilchrist Elementary School. The boys have remained best friends their entire lives. From the red clay hills of Tallahassee, to the rocky mountains of Colorado and the beaches of Hawaii, they've been by each other's side- Ian's wedding day is no exception.
Bridesmaid
Jazmin and Claire bonded over being the quietest students in 9th grade geography. This silent friendship became much more vocal as time progressed and by the last week of freshman year they started conversing, the conversation hasn't stopped since.
Groomsman
Ian and Brandon met in the hallowed halls of Leon County High School. These band boys have been there for each other through thick and thin and no one can make Ian laugh harder (except Claire, obviously).
Bridesmaid
Like many great friendships, Lizzie declared Claire one of her best friends through a bathroom stall at Houston County High School. These friends are the champions of not talking for weeks, even months, and then picking back up like no time has passed.
Groomsman
Both geology students at FSU, James and Ian sealed their friendship over late nights studying and casual drives across the continental United States. You could say their friendship ~rocks~.
Bridesmaid
Sam and Claire met at Capital City Youth Services. These adults with their adult jobs found a fellow social worker they could lean on for advice and words of affirmation.
Groomsman
Todd and Ian met while working at FSU. They quickly realized a shared sense of humor and effortlessly formed a lasting friendship. Many laughs, larks and late-night lampoons have followed.
Flower Child
Like mother, like son. Gavin is Sam's, horse-obsessed, son and one of the cutest children on the planet- he doesn't even try! We plan on challenging him to see how far he can throw (not toss) the petals, it'll be super fun.
Ring Bearer
If Finn can make it down the aisle with little distraction we will consider it a major success.
