UPDATED TRAVEL

Due to the Hurricane, all of our booked buses are not able to be up and running, however we were able to get enough transportation for 63 people to and from the venue from the hotels listed. We ask for those using the bus to please be outside one of the three Waverly hotels listed at 3pm. For those that aren't drinking we ask that you drive to and from the venue and bring other guests if possible. You are able to leave your cars at the venue until 11am the following day. Ubers can also be an option however the wait time may be long in this area.

Hi! I hope you’re all doing well. Due to the recent hurricane and flooding in Boone, we’ve had to make some changes to the wedding plans. Our celebration will now take place at Cedar Creek Ranch in Waxhaw, NC. For accommodations, we recommend booking at one of the hotels in the Waverly area. The options are Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Waverly, Courtyard Charlotte Waverly, or Hyatt House Charlotte/Rea Farms. If you prefer the Hyatt, click below a for a discounted rate Thank you all for your understanding, and we’re so excited to celebrate with you this weekend!! Our hotel blocks in Boone have been canceled, however please reach out if you’re having trouble canceling your hotel and we’ll do our best to help sort it out!! The hotels agreed to refund all reservations.
