Things To Do in SLC
Snowbird Scenic Tram
The Snowbird Ski Resort Tram is a beautiful and fun afternoon activity for people of all ages! You get to see beautiful views of the resort and the Wasatch Mountains. Tickets are $45 for an adult, and you can even ride on top of the tram if you want!
Antelope Island State Park
Antelope Island State park is a fun spot if you want to spend some time enjoying the weather and looking for bison. The park is an island in the great salt lake. There are biking and hiking trails, lookout points, and is a fun drive around the island. Admission is per car, and $20.
Bell Canyon Granite Trailhead
If you're looking for a beautiful but easy hike, Bells canyon is perfect. It's roughly 1.5 miles out and back to the lower reservior. The trail is well traveled and great for kids, and folks of any age.
Red Butte Garden
Red Butte is our local Botanical Gardens and gives you a stunning view of the Salt Lake valley. Admission is inexpensive and you can get lost in the beautiful gardens for hours.
Utah Olympic Park
If you've never been to an olympic park, then this can be a great activity. During the warmer season, the park offers zip lining, tours, hikes, and water activities on the ski jump slopes! Admission can be purchased by the day or per activity.
City Creek Center
City Creek is a great spot if you want to do some shopping while in SLC. It's a partly outdoor mall and is a great way to relax for a weekend.
Hogle Zoo
The Hogle Zoo is on the East side of SLC and is an inexpensive but fun activity to do while here.
