Josh and Audrey met in high school, just outside of Dallas, TX. They ran in the same friend circles but never got to know eachother until senior year. Senior year of high school, the two began to spend alot more time together. The couple would study together, Josh would come to Audrey's work to say hi, and they began to text and talk regularly. After some time they finally went on a date and well...the rest was history!

Audrey and Josh had dated for 4 years, so it was no surprise that an engagemet may be in their future. The night before their 4th anniversary, Josh took Audrey to dinner and they then went for a drive. Josh suggested they go to a short trail in Big Cottonwood Canyon to "take a picture." After walking a little ways, an illuminated arch appeared on the trail, where, at 12:05 AM the day of their anniversary, he asked Audrey to marry him.
