We love the City Foundry! It started as a local Food Hall with fun new start-up restaurants to try. It now has grown with shops, movie theater, and mini golf! There is also a speak easy called "None of The Above", hidden behind a control panel in the Foundry. If you're coming in early on Friday, make reservations for a drink!
This is an amazing place for those of you bringing kids!
This is great for all ages... AND IS FREE! Our favorite exhibit is the penguins.
2.5 times the size of central park, this stunning area next door to Hunter's Hospital (Barnes-Jewish) is a beautiful place to drive through and take a morning stroll. Grab a coffee at Starbucks in the Central West End and walk across the street to the stunning fall colors in Forest Park. The Old Victorian Footbridge is one of Hunter's favorite spots if you've got time for a hike.
Tower Grove Park is another great park closer to the wedding venue. On Saturday mornings, there is a Farmer's Market that is very popular. The fall colors are beautiful. This park is special to Gerald as he lived close during residency. Stop by one of Gerald's old haunts, Hartford Coffee shop, to sip while you stroll through the park.
This is an indoor outdoor space where you can grab a beer, get some food, and watch any game you're interested in! Sports and Social is our favorite bar here!
