Wrightsville Kayak Company
This is a wonderful way to introduce yourself to the beauty of the Atlantic ocean if you have never been before.
Carolina Beach Boardwalk
If you go here, you have to check out Britts Donuts! They're the best around. There are some small shops and good dining right alongside a beautiful beach. This is a great place to hang out with the family for the day.
The Downtown Wilmington
There are some great coffee shops downtown but most of them close early. You'll have to get your cup of joe before sundown! After sundown, you can go ahead and shop at some cute boutiques and end the day with some great local food.
Battleship North Carolina
This is just one of the many historical sites you can check out in Wilmington!
Wrightsville Beach Park
This park has so much to offer! Not only is it right near the water but it also has a playground and various events throughout the year. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy some live music with the family. (the events schedule for May has not been released yet)
Carolina Beach Scuba
We haven't done gone scuba diving with this company yet but have always wanted to! They offer spearfishing, diving to see an underwater shipwreck, and even diving to find Megalodon shark teeth!
Mayfaire Town Center
We always happen to find ourselves in this fun shopping center when we make it out to Wrightsville Beach! They have trendy stores that you can spend hours getting lost in. Our favorite place to go when we're here is Drift Coffee & Kitchen. They have some good snacks like avocado toast and some great coffee. And that's coming from two baristas!
David's Deli & Restaurant
We're so excited for this David's Deli to cater our wedding! It's a small family-owned diner with some delicious food that will truly give a glimpse of classic southern dining. Tell Lindsay we say hi when you visit!
