Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 2, 2021. We also understand that things do come up, especially during these times. If you RSVP and something changes before the big day, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank You!

Question

Will we be following COVID-19 Regulations?

Answer

With COVID-19 still a concern, we will be following all state and local madated COVID-19 regulations at this time. This includes social distancing, sanitizing stations and mask wearing. We will provide masks if necessary. We also understand, given the event type, that there will be times during this event that masks will be off. We just ask that when this is the case, that you practice social distancing and respect others wishes as well. The venue itself is quite large, including an outdoor area, and we have significantly decreased our guest list to ensure everyones safety. As much as we want everyone to be able to celebrate in person, we do ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar. We are looking forward to celebrating with you all! Thank you for your patience and understanding during these crazy times.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since we are following social guidelines please refrain from bringing an individual or persons that has not been explicitly invited. For those who are invited, we ask that you please only come with a maximum of two people per household. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable while attending our celebration. Thank you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Again, while following social guidelines, we do ask that children not attend. This is partially due to the limited number of people we are able to have due to COVID restrictions, and the social guidlines set forth by the CDC. Please feel free contact Tim or myself if you feel as though this may be an issue. This may also be an opportunity to leave the kiddos behind and enjoy some YOU time as well. Thank you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! Our wedding will have a grecian/ Game of Thrones/ Harry Potter esthic. So if you feel inclined, you may dress according to the theme, but it is not required. Either way, please feel free to come in whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.

Question

Meal Options & Food Allergies

Answer

After much thought and deliberation, we have decided to go forward with having a standard buffet setting for our reception meal. If this makes anyone uncomfortable, please let us know ahead of time so that we can have the meal pre-plated for you, if necessary. Also, please let us know ahead of time of food allergy or meal preferences. This includes gluten free and vegan options as well.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both held at the same location. There are plenty of parking spots available in front of the Eagle Point Lodge. There is no parking fee.
