Yes! They are in the same building ("The Boulders" at Black Canyon Inn). Plan on being at The Boulders for the entire event (4:30pm - 11pm MT).
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
If your save the date/invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Altitude sickness is real. It can be as mild as a light headache or as severe as vomiting and disorientation. If you’re coming from sea level, try to take it easy when you first arrive, and schedule tougher hikes later in your visit. Drink lots of water throughout the day, and eat regularly. Please also note that alcohol typically affects people more strongly (ie, you need less to get drunk) at high altitudes, so consider that when you opt to have a drink. (Estes Park is ~7,522 feet in elevation.)
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO RESERVE/PURCHASE A ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK PASS IN ADVANCE TO GET INTO THE PARK. Reservations will become available on August 1, at 10 a.m. (MDT) for reservations to enter the park during the month of September (and any remaining days that have not been booked for August). Please visit the "Things to Do" webpage for more information.
Yes. Shuttles run multiple times every day from the Estes Park area to/from Denver International Airport. Please see the "Travel & Accommodations" webpage for more details.
Apparently there is only one uber driver in Estes Park, so we don't recommend that you rely on rideshare for transportation. We recommend you rent a car and/or share a car rental with another wedding guest (more economical and environmentally friendly, too!). There is also a free shuttle bus with set stops around town. Please visit the "Travel & Accommodations" webpage to learn more about this option.
Yes! There is free parking at the Black Canyon Inn. See the "Travel & Accommodations" webpage for more information on parking.
