Lakewood Golf Center
Looking for a relaxing evening of mini-golf & ice cream? This is one of our favorite places for a summer date night. They also have a driving range and are located right next door to the movie theater.
Chautauqua Reel Outdoors
This is the place where Joe can be found most of the summer, hard at work! Chautauqua Reel Outdoors offers fishing charters right on our very own Chautauqua Lake. Go fishing for walleye, musky, bass, and more! Call the shop for further details or to book a charter. Please note that they fill up quickly in the summer, so it would be wise to book at least 4 weeks in advance if this is something you plan on doing.
Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House
We may spend more time in the rough than the fairway, but we love a good round of golf! Also great food & beer here.
National Comedy Center
Needless to say, the National Comedy Center is a great place for some laughs! Many famous comedians from around the country have performed here. They also have a host of various comedy-related artifacts if you're into that kind of stuff.
Chautauqua Institution
The Chautauqua Institution is in full-swing during the summer months, with a variety of restaurants and entertainment throughout the summer. A truly beautiful destination located right on Chautauqua Lake.
Lakewood Cinema 8
Another one of our favorite places for a date night. Enjoy some buttery popcorn and a movie! They also have another smaller location at the Chautauqua Mall where we enjoy the comfy seats.
Southern Tier Brewing Company
Southern Tier brewery is home to one of the top craft beer producers in the country. A great place to get some good drinks! Joe likes the Bourbon Smash while Heidi prefers the Vodka Madras. Just make sure you have a ride home!
