Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately, we will not be hosting any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I mail in an RSVP card or do I have to fill it out online?

Answer

We prefer you RSVP online. However, if you have difficulty submitting your RSVP, please reach out to one of us to ensure we have your information.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

The easiest way to get to First & Main will be an Uber or to drive your own car. There will be a shuttle at First & Main to transport people to downtown Raleigh after the Reception. You will be able to leave your car overnight if you drive to the venue and need to Uber home.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is street parking and a parking lot nearby that is available.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

The dress code is cocktail attire.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved blocks of rooms at two Marriott hotels in Raleigh. Please see the travel page for additional information.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and our signature cocktails. Tips for the bartenders for their service are welcome!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 10pm. There will be a shuttle to take people downtown Raleigh for the after-party.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving food from one of North Carolina's most famous BBQ restaurants: Prime Barbeque. The owner, Chris Prieto, is a North Carolina Pitmaster and was a contender on Food Network's BBQ Brawl.
