Yes! The AmericInn by Wyndham New Richmond is steps away from the Heritage Center! Otherwise there are several hotels on the main drag.

When should I arrive?

3:00 PM is around when you'd want to arrive.

What should I wear?

Answer

It is mostly an outdoor event, so plan accordingly! Dressy casual to black tie is the dress theme :)

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

It's both! The ceremony will be outside; Cocktail hour and reception will be inside and outside.

Are children welcome?

Of course! We ask that they are supervised at all times.

Will there be a vegetarian dinner option?

Answer

You bet! Bethany is vegetarian, so of course there will be plenty of veggie choices!

Can we have a bonfire?

Answer

Unfortunately no. The buildings on the grounds are very old, so nothing with flames is allowed on the property (no candles or smoking, either!)
