Hampton Inn Downingtown/Exton

Please use the provided link to book a room in our block at the Hampton Inn in Exton. Rooms can be blocked for both Friday and Saturday or only Saturday night. If you experience any issues, please contact the hotel at 610-363-5555. If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle provided by Kevin Smith Transportation to take you to the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:30 to arrive to the venue around 5. The shuttle is black and purple and will be located at the front of the hotel. At the end of the night, there will be shuttles starting at 9:30 to take everyone back to the hotel. If you will be driving yourself, there is free parking located at the venue. We can't wait to see you all!

Airport Information

We recommend flying in to the Philadelphia International Airport. This airport is approximately an hour away from the hotel accommodations for the weekend. Other airports in the area include the Lehigh Valley International Airport, the Harrisburg International Airport, and the Reading Regional Airport.
