What is the address of the venue?

Answer

French Creek Golf Club is located at 4500 Conestoga Road, Elverson PA 19520. Free parking is available on site.

How will I get to the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle provided by Kevin Smith Transportation to take you to the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:30 to arrive to the venue around 5. The shuttle is black and purple and will be located at the front of the hotel. At the end of the night, there will be shuttles starting at 9:30 to take everyone back to the hotel. If you will be driving yourself, there is free parking located at the venue. We can't wait to see you all!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

On the RSVP card included in your invitation, please write the full names of each guest attending. To select your dinner entree, please initial next to the icon on the dotted line. Specify allergies on the line below if applicable. Finally, place the card in the pre-stamped envelope and send back to us by June 1st. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What do I wear?

We ask that you adhere to a formal dress code. This could include a dark suit and tie for men and a midi to floor length dress for women!

We hope you can treat this as a wonderful date night! This will be an adult only reception.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We are hopeful for a beautiful day! The temperature will likely be in the mid-80s to the mid-90s.

Is this an indoor or an outdoor event?

Answer

Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors on a grassy lawn. For the ladies, block heels, wedges, or flats may be beneficial. The sun will be setting behind you so you will hopefully not need sunglasses. The rest of the evening will take place indoors where we can dance all night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to start arriving a half hour prior to the ceremony. Please enjoy the fruit infused water and cool off with a hand fan.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, this is an accessible venue. There are stairs leading to the ceremony space but a golf cart will be available for use. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you. Email us at kellarwedding22@gmail.com.

What are the dinner options?

Answer

Chicken Florentine - panko crusted chicken breast filled with spinach, artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes finished with a sauce meunie Filet Tournedos - two pan seared four ounce filet mignon medallions finished with a classic béarnaise sauce Chilean Sea Bass Provencal - pan seared Chilean sea bass sauced with roasted heirloom tomatoes, roasted garlic, and white wine sauce Parmesan Risotto All entrées will be served with a port wine poached pear salad, Parmesan risotto, and asparagus. Please note all allergies on your RSVP card. A vegan option will be available upon request. Please contact us at kellarwedding22@gmail.com to detail allergies or request a vegan meal.

Will there be a vegan dinner option?
