- If you are looking for classic college dive bars - Tiger Town Tavern, Loose Change, Backstreets, Study Hall and Esso Club are some of our favorites. Word of advice - only have one Jet Fuel ;) we want to see you at our wedding!!! - We recommend Pot Belly Deli for a good breakfast/lunch spot. Tipsy Taco (Mexican) and Mellow Mushroom (Pizza) are great options for lunch/dinner that isn't bar food. - If you are looking to class it up a bit - Patrick Square is 5/10 minutes from downtown. The Clemson Wine bar is the bride's personal favorite, and there is a brewery in the area as well (Kite Hill Brewing Co.). Sunny Side Cafe is a great breakfast spot in that area. There is also Joe's NY Pizza and Rick Erwin's (fine dining option) in the Square.
Downtown Greenville is only about 30 minutes away! Very cute, full of fun restaurants, bars, places to walk and things to do! Ask the bride's parents, new residents of the Greenville area, for their best suggestions! - Our Favorite Bars & Restaurants - Jianna, Gather, Nose Dive - Our Favorite Things to do - Falls Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail
Smokin Pig is 5/10 minuets from downtown Clemson. It is the best BBQ with the best sides! Only open Thursday - Saturday.
