Breathtaking views make for perfect picnicking or hiking about 10 minutes from town.

Horsetooth Reservoir

Beautiful hiking up to the Seaman Reservoir. This is a great place to see the autumn colors of Colorado!

Gateway Natural Area

One of the most popular breweries in town. You may want to plan on Ubering home after a tour here!

New Belgium Brewing Company

In our opinion, they make the best craft brews around.

This is not a conventional zoo, but it's worth a visit!

Swetsville Zoo

If you're like Savannah and find serenity among flowers, look no further than this beautiful flower garden right in between the CSU campus and the historic building that was previously Fort Collins High School.

Annual Flower Trial Garden

Autumnal activities for all ages during the day, and a haunted corn maze at night.

Jack Lantern's Northern Colorado Corn Maze

There are several escape rooms around town, all offering different themes. While we look forward to trying more ourselves, we tried one out here and had a blast!

Fort Collins Escape Room

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots. From savory to sweet, you can't pass up these delicious waffle creations.

The Waffle Lab

Tasty potato burritos and rooftop seating right in the heart of Old Town.

Illegal Pete's Fort Collins

Great food on one side of the restaurant and a pool hall on the other. Plus, they have their own in-house brewery with tasty beers you can't get anywhere else.

Coopersmith's Pub & Brewing

The theme of this restaurant is very Coloradoan, and they also have some of the best sub sandwiches in town.

Cheba Hut Toasted Subs

From burgers to cubans to salads, their food is great! The restaurant has a pretty nice view overlooking a golf course, too.

C.B. & Potts

Authentic Mexican food with an impressive salsa bar.

Taqueria Los Comales

This is our favorite place to get Italian food. It's tasty, you get the most bang for your buck, and the atmosphere is super fun.

Oregano's Pizza Bistro

The Nashville-style hot fried chicken and sides they serve here are amazing. But they have milder options too!
