Invitations are presented individually for everyone, including couples.

Kids are not invited to the celebration, either on Friday or Saturday.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of available parking at the Stonewall Lodge at no additional cost.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know if you have food allergies as part of your RSVP and we will work to make accommodations for the reception dinner

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Formal for the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception. Will there be transportation between event locations?
Answer
Yes ! We will have shuttle buses between all the event sites on the day of the wedding.

Are there any events outside?
Answer
Yes - the Welcome party, Ceremony, and Cocktail hour are all out doors on grass. Please check the weather the week of the wedding, October in WV can be unpredictable but will likely fall somewhere between 50-70 degrees.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
There are alternative indoor locations in case of rain on the wedding day.
