Flight
This airport is closest to the venue, but is an hour away. It is best to rent a car and enjoy a little of beautiful Santa Fe culture and food. Staying in Santa Fe is also your best bet for city amenities, while still being relatively close to the venue.
Flight
Albuquerque (Sunport) Airport is a little over 2 hours from the venue, however it might also be cheaper to fly into, and might have a better selection on rental cars.
Hotel
Ghost ranch has several lodging options with private and shared bathrooms, as well as RV and tent camping. If wanting to stay at Ghost Ranch, please keep in mind several things: -Ghost Ranch hosts events regularly. September is a part of their busy season. We were made aware that there is a large art retreat happening the same weekend, so lodging will fill up quickly. -There are no televisions or telephones in guest rooms, nor can they guarantee cellular reception or wi-fi in rooms. Embrace and enjoy the disconnection. -Dogs are not allowed in guest quarters or in the ranch headquarters. However, guests camping in self-contained RVs may bring dogs with them. We will not be bringing Penny and Arlo. -Ghost Ranch is a rural retreat and nature is intrinsic. As such, small creatures may occasionally find their way into a guest room. -If arriving to Ghost Ranch the day before, or earlier in the day, meals at the dining hall can be purchased a head of time. Please let Hanna or Garrett know if you intend on eating at Ghost Ranch outside of the wedding ceremony - they require a meal count 2 weeks in advance.
Hotel
The Abiquiu Inn is located about 15 minutes from Ghost Ranch (13 miles). The rooms at Abiquiu Inn are more comfortable and luxurious for those who want something beyond the bare bones of Ghost Ranch.
House Or Rental
We highly recommend looking at places to stay via Airbnb and Vrbo near Abiquiu. There are plenty of options available that are within 15-30 minutes of the venue. If you're wanting a place to stay with options that towns have to offer, I recommend the following: One of our favorite places to stay is Angel Fire, New Mexico. We rent condos through Airbnb. It's a cute little village at the base of a ski/bike mountain. Amazing views with good, but limited, food. Angel Fire is about 2 hours from the venue. I would also recommend looking in the Taos area. Taos is a bit larger of a village, with more options for food and activities. Taos is about 1.5 hours from the venue.
