Please RSVP by April 30 so we can ensure adequate seating, food, and beverage.
Not really - we want to keep things casual, but we are hoping our guests don't come in their pajamas. We are using the term "smart casual."
Yes, there will be parking on site, though we want to stress that if you plan on drinking, please have a DD or Uber/Lyft! Parking immediately in front of the brewery is limited, but parking will be available in the lots of the surrounding businesses.
Please let Jillian know in advance so she can work with the food truck if there are requests beyond the vegan or vegetarian options. The chicken/oyster mushroom sandwiches will be made-to-order for each guest and the party, so if you have a specific allergy, most folks should be able to simply leave off offending items (e.g. no cheese for lactose-free folks). We will be making gluten-free buns available.
We spent the big $$ for an amazing professional photographer for our elopement ceremony, so for our wedding party, we are hoping that our friends can serve as our photographers to capture some fun moments! We've created a Google Photo Album where we would be thrilled if you could upload photos taken during the party: https://bit.ly/AnthonyandJillian We'll also have a photobooth available and we'll be getting copies of all photos and videos taken afterwards. Please take tons of photos and leave us lots of videos throughout the night! We look forward to watching them all after <3
It's at a brewery... no kids please :)
We do not have any blocks of hotel rooms reserved, as most of our guests are local to Sacramento. But there are many hotels in the area that are an easy drive or short Uber/Lyft away! You should not have any difficulty getting an Uber/Lyft to or from the venue. Public transportation sucks in Sacramento, so Uber/Lyft is sadly your best bet in terms of getting to/from the airport and to/from the venue. If you are coming from out of town, please connect with Jillian in advance! The week after the party is the start of our summer vacation, so we would love to spend additional time with our guests who are making the trip out in the days that follow the party.
Yes!! We would like nothing more - we want our party to be a big celebration which includes our guests sharing stories and actively participating in the evening. We will have an open mic policy throughout the night - guests will be able to write down their name and desired content (e.g. toast, speech, skit, marriage advice, game, etc) and in-between songs they will be able to share.
We have a Honeymoon fund found here on the wedding website. We are not registered for any stores or for any items because we have plenty of "stuff" and we are blessed to have everything we need at home. You are also welcome to bring us a card to the party itself, to make a donation to a charity in our names, to tip the beertenders and Kitchen Vidas staff well at the party in our honor, or to just give us the gift of yourself attending!
