Aaron and William first met in the summer of 2011 during PREFACE, a pre-first-year program for minority students in engineering at Ohio State. Once the schoolyear began, Aaron and William lived on the same floor in Smith Hall and participated in intermural sports together. Between having similar classes and sharing many of the same interests, its no surprise that these two quickly became the best of friends! William is from Sylvania, Ohio and currently works as an assembly engineer at Swagelok. Outside of work, William is an avid runner. He also enjoys bowling and playing FIFA.
Daniella Drapatsky

Hallie and Daniella met at summer camp just before 3rd grade and have now been best friends for over a decade! Daniella loves meeting new people and learning about different cultures. She has been to over twenty countries and speaks three different languages (English, Russian, & Spanish)! Daniella currently lives in Chicago with her boyfriend, Benji, and is pursuing a Masters in Public Health.
Drake Williams

When asked about Drake, Aaron will say that he can't remember a time when they weren't friends. While the boys shared many similar interests growing up, Drake found his calling in art and design. After graduating from Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in visualization, Drake moved to Brooklyn, New York to further his career. Currently, Drake works as a graphic artist, apparel designer, and animator for The Richards Group. Drake is also the creator and owner of Deadly Doodles, his personal apparel brand which has gained over 15,000 followers on Instagram!
Max Klieman

Introducing the man, the legend...the bridesman! Max isn't only Hallie's younger brother, he's one of her best friends. Max has always had a passion for athletics and credits his coaches for helping him become successful both on and off the field. After playing varsity football in high school, Max became an avid powerlifter and is now training to be a bodybuilder. He currently attends the University of Northern Iowa and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business with a specialization in healthcare administration.
Ben Husband

Ben and Aaron were neighbors as kids as well as teammates in youth baseball and swimming. Despite Aaron eventually moving away, they remained close friends and practically grew up together. Ben has always been the comic of the group and is known for his wit and unique ability to insert Letterkenny references into just about any conversation. Aaron knows he can always count on Ben's honesty and humor no matter the miles between them. Ben currently resides in Houston, Texas.
Elizabeth Riggs

Hallie and Elizabeth met through DanceSport during their first year at Ohio State and quickly became close friends. Elizabeth double majored in Communications and Film Studies and is now pursuing a PhD in Communications from The Ohio State University. Fun fact - when she graduates, Elizabeth will be a "Triple Buckeye", meaning she will have a bachelor's, a master's, and a PhD all from Ohio State! She is originally from South Bend, Indiana and resides in Columbus, Ohio with her boyfriend, Daniel.
Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos and Aaron met at band camp the summer before their freshman year at J. Frank Dobie High School. After countless hours running drills in the hot Texas sun, the boys grew to be close friends. By the time they were upperclassmen, both Aaron and Carlos had made the school drumline and became "weekend warriors" as they travelled across the state for drumline competitions. Today, Carlos continues to nurture his love of music and gives back to his community as a percussion tech for his former high school. (Go Longhorns!)
Hailey Stangebye

Another fellow dancer, Hailey and Hallie also met through DanceSport during their freshman year. Hailey is originally from Niles, Michigan and started at Ohio State on a pre-med track. However, it didn't take long for her to change course in order for her to pursue her true passion for storytelling. Hailey graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism and is now a freelance writer and published author! She currently works alongside fellow bridesmaid, Austi Jasinski, at Hunter Marketing in Columbus, Ohio. When she isn't writing, Hailey can be found baking elegant desserts or spending time at the park with her dog, Baldr
Christian Ramirez
Groomsman
Christian and Aaron met through youth sports when they were little and have been friends ever since. By far the tallest of Aaron's friends, Christian is a 'gentle giant' who enjoys traveling, working out, and meeting new people. Christian works as a sales professional representing Celcius, a company specializing in fitness beverages. He also has a huge passion for craft beer and knows how to find the best breweries just about anywhere!
Austi Jasinski

Austi and Hallie met during their sophomore year at Ohio State when fellow bridesmaid Elizabeth brought Austi to a club meeting for, you guessed it, DanceSport! Austi is from Medina, Ohio and is a proud Clevelander! After graduating with a bachelor's degree in arts management, Austi worked as an event planner for two years planning everything from corporate events to weddings. She currently lives in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys doing yoga and exploring the city in her free time. One fun fact about Austi is that elephants are her favorite animal!
John Strobel

When Aaron started his first job at Progressive Insurance in 2015, his boss encouraged him to make friends with everyone on his team except for one employee who would 'get him into trouble'. The employee she was referring to, of course, was John. Naturally, Aaron gravitated to John immediately and the so called 'troublemaker' became one of Aaron's best friends. John has a master's degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and currently works as a lead developer at Progressive. When he isn't at work (or "causing trouble") John enjoys PC gaming or playing board games with friends.
Monica Schleicher

For both Hallie and Monica, moving to a new city after graduation meant needing to find new girlfriends close by. This was no easy task, so both girls turned to Bumble BFF, a "dating" app for meeting new friends. The girls matched on Bumble BFF and agreed to meet. After meeting in person for the first time, they knew they were going to be great friends! Monica has a bachelor's degree in engineering & management from Clarkson University and works in distribution at Nestle. She is originally from Buffalo, NY and currently lives in North Royalton, Ohio with her fiancé, Nate, and their two dogs, Harry and Sandy.
Harrison Solis

After initially meeting at a work event, Harrison became one of Hallie and Aaron's closest mutual friends. Being the child of one Jewish parent and one Mexican parent, Harrison brings a unique ability to weave Hallie and Aaron's respective heritages together in a manner that is both genuine and humorous. Harrison is a Florida native and graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) where he studied engineering and philosophy. In his free time, Harrison enjoys playing video games (especially with Aaron!), cooking, and taking joy rides around Cleveland on his electric unicycle (yes, that is a real thing). We are excited and honored to have Harrison as our officiant for our special day!
