What should I do if I cannot make it to the wedding?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What day should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask everyone RSVPs by Friday, March 22nd, 2024.

Can I RSVP online or do I mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online in the tab above or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation for those of you that received one in the mail.

Can I bring guests / +1's not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for you and those on your invitation. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation/RSVP card/link. Thank you!

Can we bring dogs/other pets to the wedding weekend?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you leave all furry friends with other loved ones. As you know, we love pets but, we ask you do not bring them to Galway Downs. Thanks so much!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We request a semi-formal dress code for our special evening. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses and the gentleman should wear a suit and tie or sport coat.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

The theme of the wedding is Timeless Romantic where we are looking to evoke timeless elegance that focuses on creating an upscaled inspired vibe. The color scheme is black and white with accents of champagne gold and sage green.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. Please arrive by 4:00 PM as the wedding ceremony will be starting on time, at 4:30 PM.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings in Temecula, CA. The address is 38801 Los Corralitos Road, Temecula.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors/outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and happy hour is planned for outside and the reception is planned for inside. If it happens to be raining, we will be having all events indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be some extended family photos being taken and the bride and groom will be taking pictures on the property for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the happy hour where we will be serving appetizers and beverages. Feel free to take pictures as well as enjoy Cornhole and giant Jenga. After Happy Hour, everyone is invited to join us for dinner followed by dancing.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In April, the peak weather for the day is high 60's to low 70's and around 50 degrees at night. Typically, there are only 2 days of rain in the month of April in Temecula.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us the night before the wedding, Thursday April 11th, for a Welcome Event at The StayKenita Temecula Countryside Rentals, which is located on the property. The families will be hosting a dinner with cards, games, and enjoyable conversation. The day after the wedding we will be hosting a morning after brunch followed by having a bus take those that are interested in Wine Tasting in the Temecula area. Please visit the "Schedule" tab for further details.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend to stay?

Answer

We highly recommend looking under the "Travel" tab where we have further details pertaining to airports and hotel information.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be transportation provided however if you stay at the recommended hotel it is less than a 5 minute walk to the ceremony site. You are also welcome to drive your car to the ceremony site where you can leave it overnight if needed. We highly recommend you utilize Uber/Lyft for safe transportation as needed.

How do I get to the wedding?

Answer

The best way to get to the wedding is by driving yourself and parking in the large parking lot or taking an Uber/Lyft. If staying at the recommended hotel, you are also able to walk.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot. You are also welcome to leave your car overnight and take Uber/Lyft back to your hotel/airbnb and return the next morning by 10AM.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We have multiple appetizers during happy hour followed by a buffet style meal. We will be having multiple salads, vegetables, entrees and a carving station. We will be having an open bar, champagne/cider toast and wine at the meal.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, we will be having multiple food options for those with specific needs. There will be a buffet service at the wedding where you can pick items that fit your specific needs. If you have more particular requirements that need to be discussed please reach out to Haleigh.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are requesting you do NOT take photos during the ceremony as we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels of happy hour and the reception. We request that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TheFinalVowWithQuiambao so we can keep track of all the photos!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2926 Orange Avenue La Crescenta, CA 91214. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
