How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, clickthe RSVP tab and type the name listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before July 1st, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to the vendors shortly after this deadline.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at The Draftsman Hotel on Friday and Saturday nights. You can also book to stay at the Draftsman outside of Friday and Saturday nights.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our loved ones. We are not extending +1s at this time. If your partner is invited their name is included on your Save the Date and Formal Invitation.

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later than 4:30 PM. Late parties will not be permitted entrance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child is invited their name is listed. We kindly ask that parents be mindful of children's noise levels and to take them to the bridal suite should little ones get cranky and sit in the back two rows during the ceremony for quick access to queter accommodations if needed. Please also be mindful that alcohol will be flowing and it may be best to take the night off!

What is the dress code?

Answer

While we are requesting semi-formal attire, we understand Charlotesville can be HOT in the Summer. Please wear what will make you comfortable. The ceremony will take place on a lawn, so you may want to leave the stilettos at home.

How's Parking?

Answer

Parking at the venue is EXTREMELY limited. We HIGHLY recommend commuting in groups. Late parties will not be permitted to enter the wedding until cocktail hour.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will do our best to make sure all our guests are fed. Please let Hailey know if you have a food allergy ASAP!

Question

Can we take photos on a phone or camera?

Answer

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour.
