Ceremony and cocktail hour in the Tuscan Garden (#13), followed by a short walk past gardens, (*N) World Trade Center tribute on your right, followed by (#8) the Allee on your left, then continuing forward towards (*R) The Great Hall building for reception. Staff will be directing you throughout this path from ceremony to reception. The path is stone, no grass. Upon entry into Snug Harbor, please follow the signs for our wedding

Yes. If you or any guest you know of is vegan, gluten intolerant, or has specific food allergies, please let us know. Celebrate at Snug Harbor will be happy to accommodate you.
Yes. The ceremony and reception site are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator in the reception hall. Restrooms also accommodate handicapped guests. If you or someone you know requires transport assistance, Celebrate at Snug Harbor will transport them by golf cart, so please let us know ahead of time if you will be requiring this service.
Yes. The venue will check all guests temperatures before entering both the ceremony and reception spaces. Guests will also be asked COVID-19 screening questions and will be asked to leave their contact information. Sanitizer will be provided and restrooms are sanitized after every 2 guest uses. If necessary, face masks must be worn at all times, except when sitting down to eat or drink. As the year progresses and more of the population becomes vaccinated, city regulations may require proof of negative COVID test results in order to attend large party events. We will keep you posted on changing guidelines.
