We're getting married!

We met about 10 years ago and while it would be nice to say 'the rest was history', it took years before we realized we were meant to be together. Kyle's sister, Kara, introduced us when she and I were in cosmetology school together, our first meeting being at a Taco Bell (how romantic). Life took us both in different directions for a long time so we could grow to become the people we are today. We then reconnected in early 2021, and that's when you could finally say the rest was history. The first two years of our relationship we had to endure being long distance, Kyle living in Chillicothe while I was living in Cincinnati. We really bonded while going on road trips and checking out every hiking spot we could find. Flash forward to April 8th, 2024, another beautiful day to go on a hike. Kyle had planned a trip to a beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere Ohio to watch the solar eclipse. Just as the eclipse passed, Kyle got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Obviously I said YES! We are just so excited to celebrate our marriage and everything our future holds with all the people we care about!
