The Wedding Website of Sam Kumpf and Grant Ritter
We love to visit the quaint, romantic town of San Juan Capistrano and we can't wait to share it with you for our wedding! Find a few of our recommendations in town and the surrounding OC area below. The town is beautiful and rich with Native American, Spanish, Mexican, and European history, dating back to 1776 with the Franciscan Missionaries and the mission of San Juan Capistrano. Now, the town is famous for the annual return of the swallows. The swallows, according to legend, migrate annually to Goya, Argentina in October, and return to their spring and summer home in San Juan Capistrano each March. The city is recognized as a bird sanctuary!
