FAQ

If you have questions that are not listed, available on the website, or you simply need assistance please do not hesitate to contact our wedding planner Sheriah Gibson at 205-393-8101.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Cocktail. We are aware this is not a traditional dress code category. Our definition: a cocktail dress code with a garden party theme. This is a daytime church wedding, attire may be less formal than an evening wedding but should still, at minimum, hint at cocktail. Think lightweight fabrics and spring/summer color palettes.

Question

Can you further elaborate for women?

Answer

Cocktail, midi, and tea-length dresses are all appropriate. Think florals, light silk, tulle, linen, lace, ruffles. Also, please keep in mind the ceremony will be in a church--we are not asking for fully modest, but appropriate.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is May 10, 2022 for the upcoming big day. Please see the RSVP tab to submit your response so we can best prepare for your attendance.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony at least 10 minutes prior to the start time to allow for parking, signing our guestbook, and getting settled in the space. Late arrivals will be delayed for entry into the ceremony.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan to serve a variety of meals in buffet service style to allow for guests to choose their own meals. This will ensure you get the items you want and provide flexibility on your selections. If you have questions during the event on meal options, the catering staff will provide assistance.
