To book a room, please call in and give group code MW5 or tell them you are with the Cowen-Meisner wedding. The hyperlink is not currently giving the group rates. The hyperlink below will take you the the group rate page for the hotel. We currently have a block of rooms reserved for July 9th - 10th, 2021. The rate is $149/night for a King room and $159/night for two Queens. Rooms must be reserved prior to June 6th in order to receive the group rate. If it is past this date and you would like to reserve a room, please contact us and we will speak with the hotel to see if they can work with us, given there is availability. If you plan to come earlier or stay later at this hotel, please contact the hotel at +1 (360) 570-0555 and ask for Michael Davidson. Transportation

Olympia is about an hour south of the airport and if you do not want to rent a car, we have given a link to the a shuttle service that allow you to make a reservation for the drive to/from the airport and hotel (just click the "View" button below). If you are looking to rent a car, I highly recommend using Costco Travel to book as they usually have the lowest rental prices.
