While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only, 21+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Yes, we kindly ask that you reply by the deadline listed on your invitation. Please RSVP no later than Sunday July 23rd. Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline it will be counted as a no.
We suggest arriving around 1:45PM-2:00PM. We are asking that all guests are seated by 2:15PM as the ceremony will begin at 2:30PM.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony! Our photographer will worry about getting the beautiful photos, so you don't have to! Please keep phones and cameras tucked away and silenced during the ceremony.
If we had to give it a title we would probably go with “semi-formal” or “garden party.” We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and confident, but we are asking that our guests refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, and outfits that are predominantly white. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed to impress! Here is a reference for garden party attire: https://blog.wedtexts.com/what-is-garden-party-attire-for-a-wedding/
Please email our dedicated wedding email listed below prior to the RSVP date with any food allergies so we can make sure we have options suitable for all of our guests. Gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian meal options will be available.
A cocktail hour will follow after the ceremony and the wedding party will be taking photos throughout the gardens. We encourage our guests to relax and enjoy the gardens before the reception begins.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception space is covered in case of rain. We recommend guests avoid thin heeled shoes as you will have to walk on grass.
We are not providing any formal transportation for the wedding. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
While gifts are always appreciated, they are certainly not expected! For friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry that can be accessed right here on our wedding website!
As we have lived together for almost 5 years, there isn’t much we still need for our home! You’ll see a few things we would like to “upgrade,” along with cash funds for experiences we would love to have as a couple. There are also funds for the future and for our honeymoon that you may contribute to if you wish! We appreciate you taking the time to look at our registry and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! We will be serving a full buffet style dinner during the reception, as well as providing appetizers during cocktail hour. We hope you like Mexican food! Our buffet will feature tacos, burritos, taco salads, and rice bowls and more!
A bar featuring signature cocktails, beer, and wine will be available for our guests and the drinks are on us! We do encourage tipping our lovely bartender for their wonderful service. Please remember to bring (valid, non-expired) ID if you are planning to drink. If you do not have your ID and the bartender asks to see it, you will not be served.
Since most of our guests are local, we have not reserved a block of rooms. We have listed some suggestions under the “where to stay” tab!
We'll do our best to have any information you might need right here on our website, but if you have other questions, you can send them right to our email dedicated solely to our wedding! Arnoldwedding2023@gmail.com
