FAQs

Some general questions we've been getting regarding the wedding and the festivities surrounding the celebration. Please contact Stephanie at goingwiththeflowe@gmail.com if you have any additional questions!
Question

Where do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by and how many friends can I bring?

Answer

Please RSVP on the website under the “RSVP” tab, as well as through the Paperless Post invitation you received via email. We would really love to know as soon as possible but at the same time we totally understand that organizing a trip to the Caribbean in December isn’t the easiest for everyone. With that being said, we would prefer to know by October 1st, 2019; and need an absolute RSVP no later than November 1st 2019. Thank you so much in advance! As much as we would love everyone and all their besties to come, we please ask you to refer to the wedding invitation for whether it is just you invited or you and your special someone. This will be an intimate wedding reception and we are planning something pretty spectacular for all of our beautiful guests :)

Question

When should we be arriving and departing Puerto Rico?

Answer

The activities begin on Friday evening with a welcome dinner at one of our all-time favorite restaurants in Rincon, Shipwreck. Saturday is the big day and from about noon until 3 we will be hosting a post-wedding brunch for all of our guests. If you just want to come for us, please plan on arriving either late Thursday evening or late Friday evening [if you can't miss work and still want to be at the wedding, we totally understand!] and depart very early Monday morning [most flights out of Aguadilla or BQN depart between 1:50 and 4:30 AM]. As always, contact Stephanie at goingwiththeflowe@gmail.com if you have any additional questions!

Question

Should I be renting a car?

Answer

If you plan on strictly attending the Welcome Dinner, Wedding Ceremony + Reception, and Post-Wedding Send-off Brunch…then we only recommend organizing a taxi transfer to and from the airport to wherever your accommodation is in Rincon. If you plan on doing any exploring of local beaches around Rincon or anywhere else on the beautiful isla d’encanta…we highly recommend renting a car with any of the major companies located right inside Aguadilla Airport, such as Hertz, Budget, etc. December is at the beginning of the high tourist season so we strongly recommend reserving a car ASAP, or at the very least, by September 15th, 2019. **Please reach out to the future Mrs. at goingwiththeflowe@gmail.com if you would like to be booked on a service from Aguadilla Airport to Rincon Wednesday [12/4], Thursday [12/5], or Friday [12/6] at 2AM with a return trip on Sunday [12/8] from Rincon to Aguadilla Airport at 11:30 PM.

Question

Question

What is the attire for each of the events?

Answer

We came across several comical descriptions when researching wedding attire, here are some of the best: - Beach-chic mixed with beach-formal - Sophisticated cocktail attire - Sunset glam trendy upscale wear We totally understand if that wasn't enough guidance, so... Stephanie created a Pinterest board with suggested wedding weekend attire & you can check it out here: https://www.pinterest.com.au/stephanieryneve/flowe-wedding-attire-suggestions/
