What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we will ask you to wait outside the venue until the ceremony is done.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. We do suggest carpooling if possible to be environmentally friendly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle leaving the venue at 8pm and 9pm for those who wish to depart early. Please note this is a one-way shuttle, so please coordinate travel to the venue if you plan on utilizing the return shuttle. If you plan on using a Ride Share, schedule your rides in advance. There are not a lot of Uber/Lyfts available in Lyons, so scheduling is a must! You can reserve a ride 30 days in advance with Uber. When does the wedding end?

Wedding ends at 10pm and the after party starts at 10:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn Longmont!

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, please leave your car overnight if you cannot drive home safely! Your car does need to be picked up by Monday morning no later than 8:30am or else it will be towed.
