How do I RSVP?

Answer

All invited guest should fill out the RSVP form for the Reception. If you need assistance to complete the form, please call the bride for assistance. What Covid precautions will be in place?

Answer

We ask that guest who are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell, do not attend the wedding. Face masks will be on site at both venues for those who are unvaccinated. www.vaccines.gov to find a vaccination clinic near you or www.solvhalth.om for testing locations. What is the wedding attire for guests?

Answer

Casual. Examples- A casual dress, khakis, blouse, polos, button up shirts, skirts, nice rompers, cardigans, nice sweaters, and the like. If you are not comfortable in the requested attire, please do not fuss. Come as you are. We just ask for no wholey jeans or sweats.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP no ahead of time if you will be unable to attend.

When will the reception venue be open?

Answer

Doors will open slightly before 4:45PM and the reception will start at 5 PM. After the ceremony, the wedding party will take pictures and take a moment to unwind. Please see the list of things to do if you would like to fill the time.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests DO NOT take pictures and videos during the ceremony. The church requires that any photos or videos taken DO NOT USE FLASH PHOTOGAPHY! We will have the video of the ceremony and the pictures taken by our photographer to share with folks after the wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome. Parents be advised that there will be drinking and possible not kid-friendly music played later during the dance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

The wedding decor was picked to emphasize important relationship and cultural memories of the bride and groom. The wedding colors are warm colors and the wedding party will be wearing marigold.

Will the wedding be live streamed?

Answer

Yes, we will add the link to this site before the wedding.

What will be for dinner?

Answer

We will have Tacos, Rice, Beans, Veggies, BBQ Chicken, Salad, Aguas Frescas, Cake, Pan, and a Late Night Snack.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will not have a bar. We will buy some alcohol for our guests, but we do recommend that you bringing your favorite chaser or drink just in case.

Can I take and post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #CeGilGetMarried so we can enjoy of all of your pictures!

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

Please provide an email or cell number when you rsvp to receive emergency alerts. Please also check back frequently. We will update this list as questions arise.
