Places to Eat

The Wedding Website of Emily Michael and George Aleksandrovich
The most important part of any city is its FOOD! Check out some of our favorite places in and around Seattle.

Bangrak Market

2319 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

Bangrak is some of the best Thai food in the city; 9 out of 10 of our Seattle dates include a trip to Bangrak. The atmosphere can get loud, especially at night- did we mention they're open till 2am? Emily's favorite dish is the pad kee mao and George loves the panang and massaman curries. They've got great drinks too! www.bangrakmarket.com

Din Tai Fung

600 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101

Din Tai Fung is an INCREDIBLE dim sum restaurant. We love the pork xiao long bao and the noodles with diced beef & szechuan peppers. Emily always makes sure to get some sesame & mochi xiao long bao for dessert! Din Tai Fung often gets booked out so if you're interested we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. www.dintaifungusa.com

The Moo Bar

2124 Westlake Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

The Moo Bar is our favorite bubble tea place in Seattle. They range from traditional milk teas to ridiculous fruity concoctions. And every drink comes in a beautifully-illustrated corgi themed glass jar!! www.themoomilkbar.com

Nana's Green Tea

1007 Stewart St #103, Seattle, WA 98101

Nana's has incredible matcha tea and even more incredible matcha ice cream and parfait. Swing on by for a nice warm cup or a sweet treat. Emily highly recommends the black sesame filled croissant. www.nanasgreenteaseattle.com

Bambino's Pizzeria

401 Cedar Street, Seattle, WA 98121

We first went to Bambino's because we were walking by and couldn't resist the wonderful smell. It's within easy walking distance of Chihuly Garden and Glass. They have great pizza and calzones- be warned that the calzones are very messy! www.getbambinos.com

La Vita e Bella

2411 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

George loves La Vita e Bella for its stromboli (you can easily feed three people with that thing; or one George). Emily's a big fan of the gnocchi al forno. www.lavitaebellarestaurant.com

Lola

2000 B 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

Lola's kebabs and small plates make for a romantic night out. Save room for the made-to-order doughnuts at the end! www.lolaseattle.com

Lady Yum

2130 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

If you're looking for a sweet treat head over to Lady Yum for some delicate and delicious macarons. For those who don't know, George & Emily love to share macarons over tea and Emily makes her own macarons which are almost as delightful as at LY. ladyyum.com/pages/flavors

Kanishka Cuisine of India

16651 Redmond Way, Redmond, WA 98052

The best Indian food in Washington, and maybe in the United States in general, Kanishka is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. While not located in Seattle (it's by our place in Redmond!) if you have a car and a dream we highly recommend you check out Kanishka- get the paneer tikka masala, the gobi manchurian, and the angara butter chicken! *This location is outside of Seattle proper. https://www.kanishkaredmond.com/
