Can we bring our dogs?

Answer

YES! The resort is dog- friendly. We ask that dogs stay in the room during social events but they are welcomed on site. There is a 60 dollar additional charge.

Do I have to be vaccinated to come?

Answer

If unvaccinated, we ask that all guests take a Covid test within 48 hours of arrival. Unvaccinated guests will not be permitted entry to the late-night microchip firmware upgrade party.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Any cellphone used for photography during the ceremony will be confiscated and immediately thrown into the pond.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoor, and the reception is indoor.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

No need, the hotel and wedding venue are on the same property!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional! With the ceremony being outdoors, we suggest you leave your high heels at home and stick to wedges! We want you to look and feel your best.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love kids, we are asking that this be an adult only reception, with the exception of our bridal party and immediate family. If you’d like to bring your children, there will be babysitters on-site. Please reach out to the bride and groom so they know how many kid-friendly dinners to order.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please reach out to Claire or Gene so we can order you a vegetarian option! Dinner will be served family style for those without restrictions.
