Traveling from Seattle

Pemberton is a 5 hour drive from Seattle. Much of the drive is on the beautiful Sea-to-Sky Highway, which connects Vancouver to Whistler and beyond. The border crossing can add additional time, so please plan accordingly.

Traveling from Vancouver

If you are flying into Vancouver, the drive will take 2.5 hours. There are shuttles available from Vancouver to Whistler although these do not get you all the way to Pemberton.

Pemberton Valley Lodge

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Pemberton Valley Lodge. To reserve, call the hotel directly and mention you would like to book for the Holt & Russell wedding. You cannot get the discounted rate if you book online! The one- and two-bedroom suites come with fully equipped kitchens and the studio suites come with kitchenettes. It is free to reserve a room and free to cancel up to 48 hours in advance! The wedding rates are as follows (note these prices are in CAD): Studio Suite: $234 One Bedroom Suite: $284 Two Bedroom Suite: $444 We will provide transportation to and from the Pemberton Valley Lodge for evening events.

There are many wonderful hotels in Whistler, including the Four Seasons, the Sundial, and the Fairmont. If you choose to stay in Whistler, please know that it is a 30 minute drive to and from Pemberton and plan accordingly!
