Since we met we have been planting trees around the world as gifts for each other. These small gestures have a special meaning to us because they help the environment and support local farmers where they are planted. As a means to offset the carbon footprint of our wedding, we have decided to create a forest in Treedom. We will plant a tree as a gift for the family of each of our guests. Treedom is the first platform in the world that allows you to plant a tree from a distance and follow the story of the project online. Since its foundation in 2010 in Florence, more than 1.000.000 trees have been planted in Africa, South America and Italy. All trees are planted directly by local farmers and bring environmental, social and financial benefits to their communities.
