What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Daytime Semi-Formal. He should wear: Dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo. She should wear: A summer sundress or a skirt or pants with a nice blouse. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel comfortable.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate the individual(s) named inside the invitation envelope. No plus ones unless clearly designated please.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

There is one fashion tip that us here in Reno live by: layers, layers layers! It should be hot this time of year, but you never know. Please double check the weather report around a week in advance to be sure.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors in our church's sanctuary hall. You will already have your seat for the reception during the ceremony, no need to bounce from place to place!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Our church has a very large parking lot, and should be able to accommodate all of us and the parking is free.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by? Should I mail in my card, or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Please have your RSVP turned in by June 20th, 2019. This will allow us a month to make the proper accommodations for food and seats. You can either mail the RSVP card back to us that came with your invitation, or RSVP here on our website! Whatever is easiest for you.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our church follows the ADA and is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know of any other access accommodations you may require.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Because the wedding will be in the morning, we will be hosting a brunch style reception. Coffee and juice will be served, alcohol will not be provided and is not permitted on the church grounds.
