This time is set aside for everyone to get parked and find their way. There will be a reception seating chart for everyone to find their name at, a polaroid guest book (take a picture, then write your names and a message for the bride and groom), and to find a seat for the ceremony. There is a seating chart for the reception, but not for the ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will be conducted outside (if weather allows) so make sure to bring appropriate shoes. The ceremony area is right outside of the reception building so you won't have to worry about walking very far. Also the seating will not be extremely padded so if you need some extra padding make sure to bring some.
Reception

The reception will be inside the building and shortly after the ceremony has concluded, that's when the food will be served. We will enjoy our meals and socialize during this time. After that is game time! We will have games set up at each table and outside (if weather permits) from children games to more adult games. This is a time to just have fun and meet both sides of the family. There is a seating chart for the reception and you will find that at the entrance of the reception hall.
