Matron of Honor
Kelsey is my oldest sister and best friend. Some core memories I have with Kelsey are: Christmas Eve nights all of us sisters sleeping in the same bed, playing American idol in the car, and being tubing buddies - scared for our lives. I admire Kelsey's thoughtfulness, genuineness, curiosity, and how loved she makes those around her feel. I am so honored and excited to have her by my side on our wedding day!! Kelsey currently works as a nurse at Carilion (Roanoke's local hospital) in the MICU.
Maid of Honor
Rebecca is also my older sister. Rebecca is not only a role model to me but also my best friend. I cherish all the thrifting runs, the back to back sleepovers we have when we visit home, homemade movies (but we won't talk about those), our Christmas traditions, and always falling behind hiking having the deepest conversations. I am so excited to have her by my side! Rebecca will be graduating from Virginia Tech in May with her Masters in Landscape Architecture.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I met through the UNCW roommate facebook page. After messaging for a bit, we learned that we were both from the Lynchburg area and went to Liberty University. Lauren has been a part of many memorable steps leading up to the wedding, such as ring shopping, taking pictures of the engagement, and being present when I said "Yes to the dress!!" Lauren currently works for Global Education Ministries and is also an event manager for The Elia.
Bridesmaid
Ella and I met through Liberty University's undergrad social work program. We were housemates during my Senior year at Liberty. While Ella and I did not live together very long, Ella is such a strong, supportive, genuine friend. Ella will be graduating from LU this May and plans to continue her Social Work education at the University of Michigan.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I met through the Social Work program at Liberty. Lauren is a consistent friend I can count on to always have a good time or to be a listening ear. I admire her kind heart, gentle spirit, and supportiveness.
Bridesmaid
Emma and I met when apartment hunting with Mitchell, Ben (Best man), and Connor (Groomsman). Some fun moments Emma and I have shared are bachelor nights, pumpkin painting night, and football games. Emma is now working as a nurse in the Mother Baby Unit in Lynchburg.
Best Man
Sarah and I met Ben our Freshman year at Liberty University and Ben gets credit for being the match maker. Ben moved along with Sarah and I to Wilmington, NC. We have made many great memories in Lynchburg and Wilmington and will miss all the sunset swims together. Ben currently works tirelessly on keeping our country safe at the local airport (meaning the TSA).
Groomsman
Sarah and I met Connor through the best man Ben. Connor and I were roommates for a year. Sarah and I have been friends with Connor for about 4 years. Connor is currently working for Liberty University doing digital media and working towards his MBA.
Groomsman
Bryson and I were paired as random roommates at our apartment complex. Sarah and I have been close friends with Bryson for 3 years. Bryson currently lives in Lynchburg and works for Liberty University's Office of Communication & Public Engagement as a writer.
Groomsman
Zach and I have been friends since middle school. Growing up we spent every weekend together; whether we were playing flag football, basketball, having late night hot tub talks, or screaming at the TV during Gator games. There was never a dull moment. Zach has just recently graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors in sports medicine and is pursing Med School.
Groomsman
Tristan and I were neighbors during our time at Liberty, but seemed like another roommate. Tristan now lives in Charlotte, NC and works as a sales representative at PXG in Charlotte, but will soon be transitioning those talents to Medical sales in the near future.
Groomsman
Sarah and I met Zach at a wedding in Virginia Beach. We became close friends while working for the Liberty football team. A core memory was going to the Boca Raton Bowl Game in 2022. Zach currently is working as a Graduate Assistant in Equipment for the Wake Forest Football program, but can be seen with some NFL equipment staff in the near future.
Groomsman
I met Ethan through his roommate, also groomsman, Zach Durdle. Ethan and I played intramural basketball together and were gym partners through our time at Liberty. Ethan is now working as a FSO Assurance Staff at EY in Hartford Connecticut.
